Had a lovely lunch on the terrace here, on the way to Tate Modern. Great value lunch menu of paella and a glass of wine on a Friday. Nice al fresco dining perfect for a spring day, with a good mix of sunlight and shade. The seafood paella was freshly prepared and wonderful. Great service from Yaya. A terrific place to stop by.
The owner was lovely on arrival, great start. It was sunny & roof was off so we had plenty of sunshine & a nice breeze. No traffic too. Big plus. Food was really good, so tasty. A great find, will definitely be back.
We found this high-rated tapas bar on Google maps and it didn’t disappoint! The aesthetic of the restaurant was super cool, the food was incredible and the service was exceptional - thanks to their waiter, yayaa. We especially enjoyed the ham croquettes, which were absolutely delicious but the Sebastian cheesecake, recommended by yayaa, was phenomenal. Yayaa frequently came to check on us and was extremely lively and didn’t make us feel rushed.
Came here for a solo dine-in and felt very comfortable through the evening! Yaya took good care of me and I had a great experience. Portions are great for sharing (I made the mistake of ordering 3 dishes thinking they would be much smaller tapas size). Highly recommend!
We had an absolutely fantastic time at Amora last Friday night! (6th June 25) Despite giving them very little notice, they accommodated our group of 20 with professionalism and enthusiasm. The atmosphere was vibrant, the drinks were top-notch, and the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome, and their efficiency made the night stress-free. If you’re looking for a great fish and chips, this is definitely the place to go. The fish was perfectly prepared. Crispy on the outside, not greasy at all, and juicy and tender in the middle. We also tried the lamb with vermicelli. The dish was nicely presented, and the lamb was juicy, well-cooked, and full of that distinct, rich lamb flavour. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. There’s a restaurant side and a bar side, offering local draft beers, a wine menu, and more. If you’re coming solo or with a group, it’s a great spot to relax. The outdoor area is especially lovely, surrounded by plants and flowers. It feels like sitting in a garden. Perfect for sunny days and laid-back afternoons.
I’m from the US, wanted to grab some food after visiting sites. Big restaurant, two sides. I got to sit all by myself (love)!!! Yummy food great service. I got JUG sangria, truffle fries, fish chips, pickles, and chocolate cake for 60. That’s great imo !!
I really enjoyed the burger – it was both delicious and very satisfying. The San Sebastian cheesecake is a must-try; it was amazing! The staff were attentive, polite, and friendly. The place is spacious and has a lovely garden area, which adds to the overall atmosphere. It was a great experience, and I’d definitely consider coming back.
